Alexey Amorim da Hora received a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Computer Science from São Paulo Business School and has a post-graduate degree in Advanced Technologies for the Internet at COPPE-UFRJ (Rio de Janeiro State University).
Hora has more than 30 years of expertise in the IT industry and has worked for companies such as IBM, EMC2, and T-Systems as a solution architect for large enterprise customers. He has been a part of many infrastructure projects in diverse market segments.
Hora is also the President at at 4bears Technologies.

Fred Towns brings 30+ years of human resources and business executive experience to the company. As a senior corporate officer, advisor, and business owner, he has guided corporate pensions, benefits, compensation, personnel, labor relations, training, and executive search activity for a multi-billion dollar national NYSE diversified company.
Towns is one of three principals in Global Software Consultants.

Deborah Gannaway has over 30 years of experience helping organizations drive efficiencies through streamlined processes and leveraging new and existing technology from the mainframe to the device. She focuses on providing technology optimization analysis that results in increased customer satisfaction and reduction in costs. Gannaway has a proven ability to develop, execute, and manage business plans that map to the corporate goals.
Gannaway also serves as Executive Director at DG Technology Consulting.
Marvin McAnderson
Director of zSeries Software
Marvin McAnderson has more than 35 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry. As a former IBM technical professional, he has numerous achievements in the area of information systems, including computer programming, analysis, design, and installation of major software applications and Project Management at all levels. McAnderson has extensive knowledge of the z/OS and OS/390 environments and all its components through both formal education and hands-on experience.
McAnderson is one of three principals at Global Software Consultants.
David Hale

David Hale has more than 35 years of expertise in the Information Technology industry. David worked for IBM for 30 years, serving in a variety of IT roles such as Principal IT Consultant for Wells Fargo Bank, Senior Consultant for South Korean Telecom, and American Express Financial in South America. Hale was Team Leader for IBM, “IMS” Product Support Representatives. He has extensive knowledge of disaster recovery and installing new IMS/CICS/DB2/DBRC systems.
